NSW: Flexible state IR legislation working Shaw

SYDNEY, Feb 25 AAP - Working days lost to industrial action in New South Wales last year
were nearly half those lost in Victoria, which no longer had a state industrial commission,
according to figures released today.

The data, released by NSW Industrial Relations Minister Jeff Shaw, showed the rate of
industrial disputes under the NSW Labor government was also about half of that under the
former coalition government.
