NSW: Road closures for Friday, Dec 28

SYDNEY, Dec 28 AAP - Road closures because of the NSW bushfires as at 9am (AEDT):



SOUTHERN SYDNEY:

* Heathcote Rd between Princes Hwy and New Illawarra Rd, Heathcote.

* Royal National Park between Loftus and Stanwell Tops - access for residents only
between Maianbar and Bundeena.



ILLAWARRA:

* All State Rail Authority train services from Sydney on the Southern line are terminating
at Sutherland.

* F6 Freeway is now open.

* The Princes Hwy is closed from Waterfall to Bulli Pass.



WESTERN SYDNEY:

* Silverdale Rd is closed from Mulgoa Rd to Warragamba Dam.



BLUE MOUNTAINS:

* Warrimoo - There are local road closures in the area.

* Hawkesbury Rd near High School Drive is closed at Winmalee. Closed to Castlereagh
Rd, Agnes Banks.

* Motorists are advised to exercise caution on the Great Western Hwy between Penrith
and Springwood due to reduced visibility caused by smoke.



LOWER BLUE MOUNTAINS:

* Putty Rd is closed between Windsor and Bulga.



CENTRAL COAST:

* Wisemans Ferry Rd is closed at Spencer (resident access only).



WESTERN:

* Wellington Rd is closed between Gulgong and Goolma.
